Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. To maintain the integrity of our premium care products, we do not accept returns unless the product is:
- Damaged upon arrival.
- Defective in its functionality.
- The Incorrect item was delivered.
Replacement Eligibility
To request a replacement, please follow these mandatory steps:
- Notification: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Provide valid proof, including:
- A full Unboxing Video (Mandatory).
- Clear images detailing the specific issue.

Replacement Process
- Our team will review your request within 5–7 working days.
- If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
- Care Elementos reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on the evidence provided.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Dispatch: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
- Post-Dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds: If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. No cancellation charges apply.
